Yes, the whole world finally knows what the latest offering from Apple, in the form of the new iPad, has to offer its users. With its Retina Display, A5X processor chip, 4G LTE and other features present in the new iPad, the third-gen tablet has become the most sought-after tablet currently available in the market. You can be sure that Apple executives are enjoying the attention that the new iPad has garnered, and they are building on the hype by giving out Bluetooth featuring accessories for the new tablet. The Apple executives have confirmed that the new iPad will have the latest Bluetooth technology, i.e. Bluetooth 4.0, which can also be seen in the iPhone 4S. This provides people with the ability to seamlessly connect a variety of Bluetooth devices to the new iPad. This also means that manufacturers will now make accessories for tablets such as clever stands and keyboards.
According to the Bluetooth Special Interest Group or the SIG, people will now be able to connect a variety of Bluetooth devices, such as: new Bluetooth Smart devices or Classic Bluetooth Technology, with the new iPad. SIG has also gone on to say that this feature means that a Bluetooth Smart keyboard which won’t need a change of batteries might also be on the way.

The apps present in the new iPad will also enable users to securely track data coming from their Bluetooth Smart devices. SIG has said that users will be able to record and track their workout analytics on an iPad app which takes data from their Bluetooth enabled heart-rate monitor. Users can also be able to use the new iPad to control their TV, audio systems or even the thermostat if they are Bluetooth enabled.
Thus, you can expect a lot of Bluetooth Smart accessories in the near future!
